A practice I support with all my patients in maintaining a healthy life style and habits is discussed in the attached article. For most of my patients I will eventually come up with a set of activities which if done fairly regularly will address the causes of discomfort and be good maintenance for their bodies.
I try and make these activities easy to do based on what each person is capable of doing and what there state of health is. If they are to difficult to do then we will adjust to what can be done. Movement is key to be able to move.
